ST STEPHEN’S GREEN, DUBLIN, IRELAND

Glovers Alley by Adam Nevin overlooks the very heart of the city, St. Stephen’s Green.

The changing seasons viewed through the windows of this stylish and welcoming space are reflected on the plate, with precise, comforting and confident menus, constantly evolving.

The Food

Chef Adam Nevin’s approach to food is understated and deeply satisfying. Built on strong classical foundations, there will always be generous sauces, proper butter, and homemade breads designed for mopping up every last bit, but the generosity is balanced by elegance, precision, and refinement.

The Wine

There’s an expressive wine programme. Our sommelier team works alongside the kitchen to create tailored pairings that complement each menu, drawing from both established producers and independent winemakers.

The Experience

On the first floor overlooking the green canopy of St. Stephen’s Green, Glovers Alley is a space full of light and energy, different every time you visit. The dining room is run by general manager Dylan Shannon and his bright, energetic young front-of-house team. It’s not too formal – the chefs come out from the kitchen to talk you through your dishes at the table, and you can expect to hear tunes from Blondie to Fleetwood Mac, The Pixies to Foreigner.
